The location was unbeatable, close to Lex Nightclub. Moreover, there was a lake within 75 mins walk from the hotel.

The employees were respectful and incredibly kind.

Loved the place, had an excellent stay for room. I didn't want to leave and would definitely book again.

We loved the comforts of this non-smoking hotel. Our room was new-fashioned and huge with a nice bed. The beds were too soft here, but it was a nice stay all in all.

Overall it was a wonderful stay for our first time there.

The hotel is big size and clean with a good restaurant, I had a good stay. The room was brand-new with 2 queen beds and the staff was helpful.

Everything was great and lots to do. I loved the room on the 27th floor, my bed was extremely comfy.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, good service, pleasant views. In the fine room we booked there was a quiet bed and a large bathroom. Superb restaurant and great meal. It was a really great stay, you could leave a car on site.

Functional, contemporary room and very efficient staff, fast wi-fi. Loved Reno, the hotel was glamorous. Electric outlets and buzzer in the room, favorable location. Breakfast food, especially slices of fresh bread, bakery, meats and fresh fruit was delicious. Perfect service and an amazing pool onsite.

Absolutely perfect location, stunningly beautiful hotel and helpful staff. Good bedroom and beautiful bathroom. Late check out too. Location just off the Casino, the freeway.

The room was executive king and the staff were incredibly welcoming, it had fast wi-fi. The breakfast was solid and food was superb. Unrivaled location, Reno-Tahoe International airport was 0.5 miles away.

It was fairly clean, and the people were accommodating! They provided a huge variety of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included. The room we booked was non-smoking on the 27th floor.

Planned to see Reno major attractions and it was reasonable base for visiting all of them.

There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Los Potrillos Taqueria that was only 20 minutes' walk away...

All in all a superb stay, the venue met what we needed. The stuff was willing to help, the room was budget, the breakfast was plentiful. We truly enjoyed staff's courtesy. Helpful customer care too.

Neat, winter hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed individual rooms and very kind staff. Eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, cereals and cookies looked perfect. Painless check in and amazing service throughout my stay. Good tea and coffee in the pizza bar, perfect parking place.

Hotel was reasonably priced, good value as opposed to other options. Everything was cool, including staff and atmosphere. Lots of supplies in the room: complimentary wireless internet, climate control and complementary tea. I liked the property's piano bar. Pool was lovely and beds were amazing.

Do recommend this place and would go back in flash. The room was super nice, they served the best breakfast and there was BEAUTIFUL staff. I enjoyed staying at this location - central position. Also, getting to lex nightclub was easy and took only 15 minutes on foot. They made my stay superb.

Interesting place, such wonderful breakfast, truly beautiful rooms. The staff did all they can for a magnificent stay. The in-house restaurant was superb and their staff was understanding. So convenient location to national bowling stadium.

Fabulous experience there. Room was nice quite, soft bed. I had access to ample parking, heated pool. Free soft drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

This hotel was cozy base for exploring Reno, liked it. The bed was comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi. Hot waffles, fruit and pastries for breakfast are a plus.

Hotel was very clean, free Wi Fi. Property's valet is one of the top employees! View that we had was beautiful. Excellent base rest.

The accommodation was very clean, the room was big. Pool view was worthy. As picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to a wide range of restaurants, went to Mcdonald's couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away. We will be back if the opportunity arises.

The pool was a bonus for relaxing. Hotel was very clean. Here we were near to few of our favorite spots such as riverwalk district. We liked our stay.
